  1. Hello, Alba

Love your online tutorials! I need some guidance concerning my ten-year-old daughter. She is of Puerto Rican and Nicaraguan descent and is blessed with thick, curly hair that has never, never been cut. Therefore her hair is long (I mean LOOONG) and very difficult to control. I know now I shouldn’t be combing/brushing it but since she is an active little girl I do brush it, put in a ponytail and braid it for her everyday. She now wants to cut it and I want to learn what I need to do for her before we cut it to avoid making a difficult chore even worse.

Would you consider doing any tutorials for young kids? I’d love to send you a pic of my baby’s hair before we do anything but want’s sure if that’s okay.

    Once again, thank you!
    Myriam

  2. Hey!

You are absolutely gorgeous and have inspired me so much in changing the products I use to organic ones. I do need some advice.
I am of indian origin and have curly damaged hair. I’ve tried so many organic products such as giovanni shampoo and john masters intensive conditioner but i feel like it doesn’t clean my hair enough and leaves it very dry after.
I would love to know what you recommend for co-washing, cleansing and styling. If i understand correctly, every time I wash my hair I do it with a conditioner (co-washing) and once every week or two I use a shampoo (cleanser) to get the build up out?

Hope to here from you soon!

    xoxo
    Dina

  3. Hi,
Alba! I see you used some Shea Moisture products. I looked at all the different foundation shades and its a pretty good variety. Is there some kind of shade finder website or in store to help us beginners find the correct shade?
