2 Simple & Healthy Drinks | SunKissAlba

I just wanted to share with you 2 of my recent favorite drinks for this summer ☼

This first Drink will detoxify your body, Boost your immune system, helps prevent getting the cold/flu, and helps your skin with acne revealing a healthier looking radiant complexion from the inside out!

Step 1: Juice 1 whole organic lemon (with skin) in your juicer

Step 2: Add the lemon Juice in an 8 or 12 oz Cup

Step 3: Add Raw Honey to sweeten to your liking

Step 4: Fill the rest of your cup with fresh water

All Done, Enjoy!

Honey and lemon both have amazing antibacterial properties to help your body fight and remain healthy from our daily environmental exposures and other harmful exposures in our lives.

This is the perfect Breakfast Smoothie made in just about 3 minutes to fill you up and start your day!


Step 1: Add 3 ripe organic bananas in your blender (fresh or frozen)

Step 2: Add 8oz of fresh water (cold or room temperature)

Step 3: Blend and Pour into your cup

Step 4: Add 1 spoon of Raw Organic Chia Seeds

Step 5: Stir well and wait a few minutes for Chia Seeds to settle in

Drink up and Enjoy!

    I really enjoy your blog and YouTube channel. I’ve been a “follower” for a little over a year now. Most recently I saw your ACV shots challenge you did with your husband.   2. I grew up on a version of the lemon drink. In my country Guyana we call it ‘swank’ which is made with limes,sugar and water.


  3. Girl i had to excuse myself from your channel on utube so i can check out these smoothies.They both look yummy and healthy, had to bookmark this recipe so i can try to make it for myself.


  4. Chia seeds are one of my favorite food staples. I’ve never tried this combo, but it’s definitely on my list. Thanks for the tip!
